摘　　要：有机场效应晶体管(OFETs,OrganicFieldeffecttansistors)在平板显示、智能卡、射频标识牌、塑料电子学等方面存在广泛的应用,引起人们广泛的研究兴趣。本文推导了底部接触电极结构OFETs的解析模型,并且用数值方法研究了OFETs器件参量对OFETs性能的影响,并指出相应的优化途径。Organic field effect transistors are of interest for a number of applications such as plane display, low-end smart cards, radio-frequency identification tags （RFIDs）,and plastic electrons. The analytical model that describes the operation of organic thin-film-transistors has derived, using numerical method we study the effects of OFETs＇ parameter on its performance, and we also give some optimal ideals on design of OFETs.
