摘　　要：对给定的二个正态总体．均值和方差均未知，讨论该均值和方差同时被半序约束时的保序最大似然估计．or the two given normal populations,their means and variances are unknown.This paper discusses the maximum likelihood estimations of the means and variances under simultaneous semi-order restrictions.
