摘　　要：近日世界银行首次在中国发布了它的全球经济报告。在这份题为《2007年全球经济展望:应对下一波全球化浪潮》的报告中,世界银行预测今年世界经济增长率可望达到3．9％,明后两年的增长率也将维持在3％左右。著名电信专家、信息产业部电信研究院副总工程师周光斌认为,2006年美元的走软就已经对全球电信的投资产生影响,今年的宏观经济走势也将对世界电信的发展产生深远影响。According to the report of ＂2007 Global Economic Prospects： controlling the next wave of globalization＂ released by the World Bank, the world economic growth is expected to reach 3.9% this year. And the growth rate next year and the year after that will be maintained at more than 3%. The report shows that short-term global economic growth will accelerate. In such a situation which the global economy remains strong, how will the global telecom industry develop？
