摘  要:以程潮铁矿为工程背景,首先论述了严重垮冒采区溜井研究的必要性和重要性。其次,在溜井破坏宏观调查与分析的基础上,总结出断层破碎带的存在和节理裂隙发育、围岩自身的膨胀和流变特性、工程环境差、井筒不支护或支护强度低、管理使用不当和应力集中的共同影响是造成溜井严重垮冒的原因。最后以4304上矿溜井的返修加固工程为实例,论述了混凝土箱型承载圈梁整体加固方案的设计要点,且工程应用效果良好。With Chengchao Iron Mine as the engineering background, the necessity and importance of investigating the serious collapse of mine pass are discussed. Then, based on the macro-survey and analysis of pass failures, it is concluded that the common effect of the existence of fault fractural belt, joint fissure development, self-expansion and rheological behavior of host rock, poor engineering environment, unsupported shaft or low support strength, improper management and usage, and stress concentration is the cause for the serious collapse of mine pass. Finally, with the repair and consolidating engineering of No. 4303 ore pass as the case, the major design points of the integral consolidation by concrete box-type carrying collar beam, whose application in the engineering has achieved good effect.
