摘 要:以铜转炉渣为原料,采用H2SO4酸解—氧化—聚合工艺制备工业废水处理用絮凝剂聚硅硫酸铁。通过实验,得出最佳制备工艺条件为酸解H2SO4质量分数20%、酸解温度50℃、聚合pH值2.0、聚合温度80℃、聚合时间120 m in。将制得的聚硅硫酸铁产品与常用水处理絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁对粘土模拟废水进行絮凝对比实验,结果表明:前者所需投加量较少但除浊率更高。用铜转炉渣制备聚硅硫酸铁可使工业废渣得到资源化利用、减少环境污染、实现以废治废、降低聚硅硫酸铁生产成本,将获得很好的社会和经济效益。Polymer ferric silicate sulfate (PFSS) for use as flocculant in treating industrial waste water was prepared by acid hydrolysis-oxidation-polymerization process with the converter slags of copper smelting. The best preparation process conditions were obtained through tests, including a mass fraction of H2SO4 of 20%, acidolysis temperature of 50℃, polymerization pH value of 2. 0, polymerization temperature of 80℃ and polymerization time of 120 min. The comparison tests were made between thus prepared PFSS and the commonly used flocculant polymer ferric sulphate (PFS) in treating claysimulated waste water. The results show that the former needed a less addition but had a higher turbidity removal rate. To prepare PFSS with the converter slags of copper smelting can make use of the industrial slags as resource and reduce the environment pollution so as to realize the waste treatment by waste and the reduction of PFSS production cost, which will achieve both good social and economical benefits.
