磁记忆技术在车轮辐板孔检测中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了磁记忆检测技术在铁道车辆承力部件上的应用;对铁道车辆车轮辐板孔进行了磁记忆检测后,用磁粉检测进行了复检。检测结果表明,磁记忆技术可以有效地发现表面裂纹等缺陷,并且能对铁道车辆车轮辐板孔产生破坏的可能性进行预测。The application of magnetic memory inspection technology on force bearing parts of rolling stock is described.After magnetic memory inspection on rolling stock wheel web plate holes,reinspection with the magnetic powder is carried out.The inspection result shows that the defects of surface cracking, etc.can be found effectively with the magnetic memory technology,and the possibility of damage on rolling stock wheel web plate holes can be predicted.
