糖尿病患者胰岛素使用相关知识与行为现状的调查分析

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病患者胰岛素使用中相关知识与行为现状进行调查研究,找出其存在的问题,以指导健康教育工作。方法采用自行设计的调查评价表对298例胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者的相关知识与行为状况进行调查、测试与分析。结果近50%的患者对胰岛素缺乏基本认识;近60%患者对胰岛素的副作用和防治措施不完全知晓;大部分的患者对胰岛素注射笔注射胰岛素的方法未完全掌握。结论对长期使用胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者,应加强各种形式的健康教育及使用方法的指导,以确保胰岛素使用的准确性、安全性。Objective：To investigate and analyze the status of the insulin-using related knowledge and practice of patients with diabetes mellitus, so as to guide the health education work. Methods： 298 cases were investigated on the insulin-using related knowledge and practice using a self--designed questionnairc and the data were analyzed by statistic methods. Results： About 50% patients were lack of the basic knowledge correlated to insulin; about 60% patients didn＇t know well about the side-effects and corresponding prevention or fist aid measures; most patients didn＇t master well the correct injection methods when using the insulin--pen. Conclusion：We should carry out kinds of health education forms for long-term insulin using patients in order to ensure the exact and safe injection of insulin.
