低血凝价新城疫LaSota株病毒免疫原性的研究

摘　　要：用血凝价分别为0、7、8的三批新城疫LaSota株病毒制备的油乳剂疫苗免疫60日龄蛋鸡,疫苗免疫10d后HI抗体水平平均值分别为3.9Log2、5.2Log2、5.9Log2,免疫后20dHI抗体水平升到高峰(4.0Log2、8.1Log2、7.9Log2),免疫60d后用剂量为100ELD50的同种毒攻击。结果表明,血凝价为0的新城疫LaSota株病毒抗原制备的油乳剂免疫效果较差,不能抵御病毒的攻击,但血凝价为7和8的两批病毒抗原能抵御病毒的攻击,并与血凝价为9的病毒抗原的免疫原性无显著差异。The three batchs hemocoagulate value LaSota strain of Newcastle disease virus were zero and 7 or 8,by use of them to prepare oil vaccine,and immunized 60 days-aged hens, 10 days later HI antibodies values increased to 3.9 Log2, 5.2 Log2,5.9 Log2,20 days later the value rised to the high value（4.0 Log2,8.1 Log2,7.9 Log2）,The tested hens were attacked the same virus that dose of 100ELDs0 after 60 days ,The result reveal that immunity effect ofnero-hemocoagulate value LaSota strain of Newcastle disease virus was weak, and fail to attack the virus,but the 7 and 8-hemocoagulate value of two kinds virus can attack the virus effectively, the immunogenic of them and 9-hemocoagulate value virus had on sig- nificant difference.
