月华胶囊对H_(37)R_V结核小鼠肺脏病理形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨月华胶囊对结核小鼠肺脏病理形态学的影响。方法采用小鼠尾静脉注射H37RV结核杆菌造模,随机分为模型组、西药组、月华胶囊低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、月华胶囊中剂量与西药联合组,建立空白对照组。显微镜下观察各组小鼠肺病理形态学的改变。结果与模型组比较,其余各组病理改变均有不同程度改善,有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);月华胶囊3个剂量组比较,中剂量组肺脏病变较轻。与单用西药组及月华胶囊组比较,联合用药组病变最轻,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论月华胶囊能减轻结核杆菌对小鼠肺脏的病理损害,中剂量组效果优于低、高剂量组,所有用药组中联合用药组优于其它单独用药组。Objective To study the effect of Yuehua capsule on lung pathomorphology in rats with tuberculosis. Methods The models were prepared by injecting H37Rv into the tail vein of rats and divided into the model, westem medicine chemotherapy （INH＋RFP＋PIA）, Yuehua capsules high-dose, Yuehua capsule mid-dose, Yuehua capsule lower-dose and Yuehua capsules with westem medicine chemotherapy group, and then the normal group was made. The pathomorphological change was observed with microscope. Results Compared with the model group, the pathological change was improved in different level in each groups （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）; in three yuehua groups, pathological change of the mid-dose group was the lighter （P〈0.05）. The effect of therapy combined Yuehua capsules with westem medicine was the lightest and evidently different （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Condusion Yuehua capsule can reduce the pathological harms in rats with tuberculosis. The effect of Yuehua capsule mid-dose is better than that of high-dose and low-dose, but the best therapeutic effect is the Yuehua capsules combined with westem medicine.
