摘  要:丙交酯是由乳酸制备聚乳酸的中间体。其产率较低和纯度不够是制约聚乳酸大规模应用的关键。本文研究了在合成丙交酯的工艺中加入了带水剂来解决缩聚过程的脱水问题及相应的工艺条件。得到收率较高的丙交酯。而且其缩聚过程中避免了文献报道中的减压过程。产品的纯度和结构分别通过熔点测定和红外光谱分析。Lactide is intermediate for the preparation of PLA from lactide acid. The application of PLA is limited by its low in yield and purity. On the base of these problems,We use the dimethylbenzene as dehydrating agent during the course of synthesis, This research obtained the technology condition and excellent productivity. It was worth noting that duting its condensation process,we avoided fell presses during the reaction process reported as ever literature, and identified with melting point measuren and infrared ray spectrum.
