摘　　要：在英语全球扩散的背景下,如何规划和处理汉语母语教育、外语教育、汉语科技话语权以及网络汉语话语权等种种问题和危机,是关涉民族语言生存发展的大问题。大力加强汉语教育,调整现有英语教育制度,全面提升汉语科技语和网络汉语话语权,是当下中国必须解决的迫在眉睫的重大问题。Under the background lems and crisis about the Chinese of English globalization, how to plan and deal with variety of probmother tongue education, foreign language education and utterance rights of science and technology and network, it is a major issue about survival and development. Reinforcing Chinese education energetically, adjusting present English educational system, all-round lifting Chinese utterance right in science and technology language and network , these are major issues that must be going to solve now.
