鞋底喷漆用聚氨酯胶粘剂的研制

摘　　要：以聚酯多元醇作为软链段,以BDO、NPG和MDI作为硬链段一步法合成的鞋底喷漆用聚氨酯固体粒料,并溶解成15%固含量的胶粘剂。对聚酯多元醇的种类和分子量、扩链剂的用量、异氰酸酯的类型和异氰酸酯指数等作了讨论,结果表明:以邻苯二甲酸乙二醇-二甘醇酯,分子量在1500～2000时作软链段,新戊二醇和MDI为硬链段合成的聚氨酯胶粘剂在硬度、拉伸强度、透明度、软化点、附着力等方面能够满足鞋底喷漆用胶的要求。Polyurethane contained soft and hard segment by one-step method which polyol is soft and BDO, NPG and MDI are hard segment. The type and molecular weight of polyol,dosage of chain extender,type and index of isocyanate were discussed. . The results show that polyurethane adhesive which glycol-diglycol phthalate that molecular weight is 1 500-2 000 is soft segment, NPG and MDI are hard segment is suit for request of spraypainting of shoes in rigidity,tensile strength,transparency,softening point,clunging.
