硫酸钙晶须的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：以二水石膏矿和半水石膏粉为原料,采用水热法制备硫酸钙晶须。研究了料浆浓度、反应温度、反应压力、搅拌速度等工艺条件对产品质量的影响。结果表明,其影响因素大小为:浓度>反应压力>反应温度>搅拌速率,制备硫酸钙晶须的最佳工艺条件为:悬浮液浓度为10%,压力为2.0MPa,温度为115℃,搅拌速率为150r/min,此时制备的晶须形貌最佳。Calcium sulfate whiskers were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis process. Use gypsum and semi -hydrated gypsum as raw materials, the effect of concentration of raw materials, the temperature, pressure and stirring rate on product were studied. The results indicated that the order of the influencing factors is ： concentration 〉 pressure 〉 temperature 〉 stirring rate, the best technics condition is concentration 10% ,pressure 2.0 MPa,the temperature 115 ℃ ,the stirring rate 150 r/min. Under these conditions, the product has the best morphology.
