摘 要:以浓硫酸磺化蓖麻油酸,得到磺化蓖麻油酸,具有良好的乳化力和渗透力,可作为阴离子表面活性剂,用正交实验优化了磺化反应的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:n(蓖麻油酸)∶n(浓硫酸)=1∶2,反应温度50℃,反应时间6h。由方差分析和极差分析可知,物料配比n(蓖麻油酸)∶n(浓硫酸)对反应的影响极其显著,其次是反应时间,温度对反应的影响最小。在最优条件下,磺化率可达30%以上,25℃下,粘度>380mPa.s,固含量>80%,产品性能稳定。通过傅立叶红外光谱法、1H NMR、元素分析法、化学分析等鉴定,对合格产品分析可知,得到的磺化蓖麻油酸为高度磺化产品。The modified product of suffonated castor oil acid was prepared by sulfonation of castor oil acid and sulfuric acid. It has good abilities of emulsification and penetration, and it could be used as anion surfactant. The optimal technological conditions of suffonation which obtained by orthogonal tests were: n( castor oil acid) : n( sulfuric acid) = 1:2 ,reaction temperature is 50 ℃ and reaction time is 6 h. As the analysis results of orthogonal tests showed, the most remarkable influenced factor was the proportion of reagents, the more remarkable influenced factor was reaction time, and reaction temperature was the lest remarkable influenced factor. Under the optimal conditions, the sulfonation ratio was over 30%, the viscosity at 25 ℃ was over 380 mPa· s, the solid content was over 80%, and the property of product was steady. And its structure and performance of synthetic product were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, ^1H NMR,element analysis and chemical analysis and so on. As a result, the product of sulfonated castor oil acid which obtained was high suffonated.
