摘　　要：物资管理是企业一项十分重要的、边缘性的、基础性的、综合性的管理工作。如何加强供电企业的物流管理,特别是对供电企业的一体化管理一直是人们十分关注的话题。针对目前地(市)供电企业物流管理现状及存在的问题,提出了大物流平台管理模式和分级管理模式的选择方案,并对其实施方案及流程作了详尽的说明。Materials management is an important, marginal, fundamental and comprehensive management task. How to enhance the materials flow management of power supply enterprise, especially for its integrated management has been always concerned very much. In connection with the present state and existing problems in materials flow management of regional （city） electric power supply enterprise, the modes of large - scale materials flow platform management and hierarchical management was raised. Its implementing plan and procedures were explained in detail as well.
