摘 要:干涉合成孔径雷达复图像配准是合成孔径雷达干涉三维成像技术中的重要步骤之一。为了获得高精确度的测量结果,要求两幅复图像之间配准达到亚像素级配准精确度。讨论了从粗到精的干涉图像对分布配准方法,并基于残差点的生成机理,深入研究了残差点发生概率与配准精度的内在联系,提出利用残差点数目进行干涉纹图质量评估的方法。用所讨论方法处理ERS-1/2获取的某地区数据,取得了满意的配准效果和正确的评估结果。The registration for complex-image is one of the important steps on processing technology of relief image in interferometric synthetic aperture radar. It is desired to have the sub-pixel precision of registration between the two complex-images for obtaining result of high precision. In this paper a method of muh-step image co-registration is discussed. Based on the mechanics of residues ,we researched the relationship between the probability of residues and the precision of registration,and then presented a method by using the number of residues to judge the co-registration accuracy of interferometric complex images. Finally, these tech- niques are verified with ERS-1/2 repeat -pass data ,and we has achieved promising registration and accurate evaluation results.
