摘　　要：通过介绍硫化子午线轮胎模具材料GAlMg5Si1、美国牌号514铝合金特点,其具有一定耐腐蚀性和一定的硬度、强度,无需热处理可直接应用。介绍获得合格材料方法:用FDU除气装置净化铝液的过程,并且用减压凝固试样测试密度,从而得到优质硫化轮胎模具。The thesis presents the feature of aiuminum alloy, GAIIMg5Sil, American standani 514, which are used in curing segmented tire molds. It has a property of corrosion resistance and certain hardness and strength that can be directly used without any heat treatment. The thesis also presents the method to gain conformed material： the process to use FDU degassing unit to purify the aluminum melting and the method to test density with vacuum samples and finally to get fine curing tire molds.
