摘　　要：目的探讨冠状动脉结扎致心肌缺血大鼠心肌组织和血清血管生长因子(VEGF)变化的意义。方法20只SD大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组结扎冠状动脉前降支30min,对照组在前降支处穿线不结扎,观察两组血清VEGF质量浓度变化。免疫组织化学染色观察心肌组织VEGF表达;计算机图像分析测定心肌组织VEGF水平。结果实验组血清VEGF水平较对照组升高,计算机图像分析测定实验组心肌组织中VEGF水平增加,且与对照组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心肌缺血能刺激心肌缺血大鼠心肌组织和血清VEGF的表达;血浆VEGF水平变化可成为了解冠状动脉病变的良好指标。Objective To study the change of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in myocardial tissue and serum of myocardial ischemia in rats, Methods Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group and test group, Test group was ligated coronary artery,and the control group was pulled on line but not ligated, then observed the change of VEGF, The histological and immunohistochemical method were used for observing the change of VEGF serum in myocardial ischemia in rats＇ heart, VEGF levels were measured by image analysis, Results Compared with control group, the expression of VEGF in the myocardial ischemia group was increased obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ）. VEGF contents in the myocardial ischemia group measured by image analysis increased obviously,and had prominent significance in statistics. Conclusions The expression of VEGF in myocardial ischemia rats and serum was increased, This is good to regrow of blood vessel after myocardial infarction.
