脑卒中合并假性球麻痹致吞咽困难的内关穴封闭治疗

摘　　要：目的观察内关穴封闭法对脑卒中致吞咽功能障碍的治疗效果。方法选择60例吞咽功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组患者接受内关穴封闭法治疗,对照组选用合谷穴及廉泉穴针刺。结果按吞咽功能障碍评分标准,治疗组评分改善优于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.01)。结论内关穴封闭法对脑卒中致吞咽功能障碍有良好治疗效果。Objective To observe the effection of neiguan point-injection applied in dysphagia caused by stroke and pseudobulbar palsy. Methods 60 patients were choosen in the trial and randomized into test group and control group. There were 30 patients in each group. 30 patients in test group were administrated vitaminB1 50mg and vitamine B8 50mg injecting with neiguan（PC6） point-injection. 30 patients in control group were administraed acupuncture of hegu （LI4） point and lianquan（RN23） point. Result According to the standard of dysphagia evaluation, the test group got higer score than the control group and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The treament of neiguan（PC6） point-injection is effective in curing dysphagia caused by stroke and pseudobulbar palsy.
