摘  要:对我国北方松嫩平原不同土壤环境下的2个生态型羊草Leymus chinensis种群的生理特性进行了比较研究。灰绿型羊草生境中土壤的pH值、电导率、含水率分别大于黄绿型,盐碱退化程度比较重。灰绿型羊草种群含水率、叶绿素含量、氮含量都大于黄绿型羊草种群,而细胞膜透性小于黄绿型,虽然灰绿型羊草种群的土壤盐碱化程度重于黄绿型种群,但其生理状况明显好于黄绿型种群。2个生态型在5月、7月的种群含水率,在整个生长季内含氮量、Ca、Cb、Ca+b、细胞膜透性之间差异显著或极显著。2个生态型羊草均具有一定适应能力,由于其所在生境土壤盐碱情况的差异,2个生态型羊草在长期适应不同盐碱生境的过程中,逐渐形成了一系列趋异适应特性,其中灰绿型的适应能力,抗盐碱和抗旱能力强于黄绿型,种群不断更新把适应性的特征通过繁衍稳定下来,最后导致2个类型羊草充分表现出趋异适应的生理特性。Comparative study of physiological characteristics of two ecotype Leymus chinensis populations was conducted on different soil habitats in Songnen plain, north of China. Conductance, pH value and moisture content of soil habitats of grey-green ecotype were larger than those of yellow-green ecotype and degraded seriously due to salinity and alkalinity;the moisture, chlorophyll and nitrogen content of grey-green ecotype population were larger than those of yellow-green ecotype, but their cell membrane permeability was lower than the latter. The grey-green ecotype had more serious of salinity and alkalinity, but its physiological situation was better than yellow ecotype. Significant differences were observed between the two ecotypes in terms of moisture content in May and July, nitrogen content chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, cell membrane permeability in total growing season. Dueto the difference in soil salinity and alkalinity in the habitats, the two ecotypes developed different adaptability. Grey-green ecotype had higher tolerance to salinity, alkalinity and drought, and this adaptability was stabilized by reproduction and consequently leads to physiological difference between two ecotypes.
