摘 要:利用大鼠镉中毒性肾损害模型,观察了镉对溶菌酶肾脏清除率的影响。结果镉染毒组血、尿溶菌酶均升高,肾小管对溶菌酶的重吸收率显著低于对照组,而溶菌酶的肾脏消除率两组差异则无显著性。认为镉染毒组动物肾小管上皮细胞受损害后,抑制了肾小管上皮细胞对溶菌酶的重吸收和降解功能,从而造成血及尿中溶菌酶浓度升高。The effect of cadmium upon renal lysozyme clearance (Clys) was observed in 19 rats,using lysozyme perfusion.There was an increase in both the serum and urinary lysozymes in the Cd treated group,but the renal tubular reabsorbtion rate of lysozymes significantly decreased. There was no significant difference in the Clys between the Cd treated group and the saline control group.These results suggested that the Cd treatment caused renal injury,resulting in the inhibition of the renal tubular reabsorbtion and degradation of lysozymes.The Cd poisoning,however had little effect on the transport of indecomposable lysozyme molecules,the burden of renal tubula filter was further increased and caused the increase in both serum and urinary lysozyme.
