摘 要:对甘肃庆阳、天水、定西、武威和甘南5个不同生态区域栽培的陇东苜蓿和阿尔冈金苜蓿根瘤菌资源进行调查、分离和纯化,获得730多个分离物。分离物回接到原宿主植物检测其促生能力,筛选出29个较好的根瘤菌株,对其溶磷、分泌植物生长素能力进行了初步研究。结果表明,供试菌株都能够溶解有机磷(蛋黄卵磷脂EYPC),而不能溶解无机磷[Ca3(PO4)2];均能够分泌植物生长素(IAA),其中34.5%分泌能力较强,55.2%分泌能力中强,10.3%分泌能力较弱,分泌IAA的菌株数量比率高于禾本科根际分泌IAA菌株数量比率。Alfalfa (M. sativa) Rhizobium resources of Longdong and Algonquin from different eco-zones of Wuwei, Dingxi, Tianshui, Qingyang and Gannan in Gansu province were investigated, isolated and purified. As many as 730 isolates were obtained, from which 29 strains were selected according to their ability to promote plant growth. Primary study on their phosphate solubilization and auxin secretion capacity indicated that all the 29 strains could dissolve organic phosphate (EYPC) and produce auxin, but could not dissolve inorganic phosphate [Ca3(PO4)2 ]. Furthermore, 34.5% of the isolates had higher ability to secret auxin, 55. 2% was moderate and 10.3% was poor in auxin secretion. The proportion of auxin-secreting alfalfa Rhizobium isolates was higher than that of grass.
