摘　　要：白细胞介素-16(IL-16)是一种具有多种生物学活性的细胞因子,如:将CD4+细胞募集炎症部位、促使Ca2+向细胞内转移、抑制人类免疫缺陷病毒复制以及诱导前炎性细胞因子产生等。近年,越来越受到关注。Interleukin-16 is a cytokine having many biologic activity. For instance, it can recruit CD4^＋ cells into the location of inflammation, promote the transfer pf Ca^2＋ into cells,inhibit the replication of HIV, and induce the production of pro-inflammation cytokines. In recent years,it is attracting more attention.
