摘　　要：近年研究表明,纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)与糖尿病的发生、发展相关,糖尿病患者血浆PAI-1、CRP浓度升高,其血浆浓度水平与胰岛素抵抗综合征、2型糖尿病及其大血管并发症的发生、发展密切相关,且对2型糖尿病的预后及临床治疗的评估有一定价值。The rescent reserches showed that Plasminogen activators inhibitor 1 （PAI-1） and C-reactive protein（CRP） are correlate to the occurrence and development of dlabetes,The levels of PAI-1 and CRP in plasm are high, which are closely related to the development of insulin resistance syndrome （IRS）, Type2 diabetes and its complications of great vessels, Besides that, these are of some what value to evaluating the prognosis and clinical therapy of type 2 diabetes.
