摘　　要：磺脲类降糖药是目前应用最广泛的促胰岛素分泌剂,但其存在易致低血糖、组织选择性较低、引起β细胞凋亡等不足,因此近年来人们为寻找一种疗效更好,更安全的促胰岛素分泌剂做了大量的研究,主要包括格列奈类、肠促胰岛素、咪唑啉类以及嘌呤类,本文将对以上几方面的研究进展进行综述。SUs are drugs promoting insulin secretion that is applied widely at present,but they has low tissue selectivity and can induce hypoglycemia, beta-cell apoptosis and so on, so many scientists had done great study in order to search for better and safer novel insulin secretagogues, including glinides, incretin, imidazolines and urine nucleotides. This article reviews some progresses on these aspects.
