摘  要:女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的发病机制尚不明确,当今研究表明,胶原蛋白作为盆底支持组织细胞外基质的主要成分,在维持盆底支持组织的弹性和韧性中起重要作用,其含量减少、结构不稳定会引起组织弹性降低,易于断裂,对尿道的支撑作用减弱,出现漏尿。赖氨酰氧化酶(LOX)是铜依赖性的单胺氧化酶,是胶原纤维发育成熟和保持内环境稳态的关键酶,能够影响局部组织中胶原蛋白的生成、结构及其功能,故推测其在女性SUI的发生、发展中可能起一定作用。The pathogenesis of female stress urinary incontinence is obscure up to now.Recent study indicated that collagens which are the major components of extracellular matrix play an important role in maintaining elasticity and tenacity of pelvic supporting structures. The diminished content and instable framework of collagens may result in reduced resilience, easily broken tissue and weaken supporting structure d urethra, which thus result in leakage d urine, lysyl oxidase(LOX) is a copper-dependent monoamine oxidase, which is a key enzyme in the mature of collagen fiber and maintain of homeostasis and affect the form, structure, function of collagen in local tissue, so we can suppose that lysyl oxidase may make a certain contribution to the development of finale stress urinary incontinence.
