摘　　要：强直性脊柱炎是一种发病率较高的慢性进展性风湿疾病,与人类白细胞抗原-B27(HLA-B27)密切相关,本文总结了近几年对HLA-B27各方面的研究成果及最新进展,有助于了解HLA-B27在此疾病中的确切作用,并可以辅助临床医师对强直性脊柱炎进行诊治。Ankylosing spondylifis is one kind of chronic progressive rheumatism disease with high morbility, which is related closely to HLA-B27.This paper summarized the latest studies and advancement about HLA- B27 in order to help doctors to diagnose and treat ankylosing spondylitis by finding out its effect in this disease.
