9个山羊群体乳上皮黏蛋白MUC1遗传多态性及群体聚类分析

摘　　要：采用SDS-PAGE法分析山羊乳MUC1遗传多态性。结果显示,9个山羊群体中,乳MUC1在SDS-PAGE上均呈现出丰富的遗传多态性,表现为1条或2条迁移率不同的区带,317个个体共检测到7个不同分子量的MUC1区带,分别代表A,B,C,D,E,F和G7个等位基因;共检测到17种基因型。山羊乳MUC1在群体内存在较大的基因杂合度,且基因频率和基因型频率在群体间存在一定的差异。根据乳MUC1基因频率可将9个山羊群体划分为两大类,该聚类结果与这些羊群体的外貌特征、已知的羊品种形成史以及所处的地缘位置基本一致。Genetic polymorphism of the milk epithelial mucin MUC1 in 9 goat populations was analyzed by SDS-PAGE. The results were as follows： In 9 goat populations, the milk MUC1 took on plentiful genetic polymorphism with one or two bands showing variable mobility on SDS-PAGE. There were 7 MUC1 bands with different molecular weight, standing for A,B,C,D,E,F and G alleles,respectively,as well as, 17 genotypes were found in 317 goats from 9 populations; There was a relatively high gene heterozygosity within a population, as well as,some difference of gene frequency and genotype frequency among the populations; The 9 goat populations were classified as 2 groups based on the gene frequency of MUC1, and the result of cluster analysis of 9 goat populations accords approximately with the appearance characters, the breeding history known and the zone of these goat populations.
