摘  要:目的:研究缬沙坦对链脲佐菌素(streptozocin,STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠糖代谢及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法:STZ诱发糖尿病大鼠模型,成模后予缬沙坦20mg/(kg·d)灌胃(ARB组),用药10周,设正常对照组(CON组)和糖尿病未治疗组(DM组),该两组按等量饮用水灌胃。实验结束检测空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素浓度和糖化血红蛋白水平;检测血清SOD水平和MDA含量。结果:大鼠成功诱发糖尿病。与DM组比较,ARB组空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白明显下降(P<0.05),胰岛素分泌增加(P<0.05),SOD水平明显升高(P<0.05),MDA含量明显下降(P<0.05)。空腹血糖水平与MDA含量呈显著正相关,与SOD水平呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦能改善糖代谢,该有益作用可能与其抑制机体氧化应激有关。Objective To observe the effects of valsartan (an angiotensin receptor blocker,ARB) on glucose metabolism,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and maleic dialdehyde(MDA) in experimental diabetic rats. Methods The diabetic rats were induced by a single intraperitioneal injection of stretozocin. ARB rats were treated with valsartan 20 mg/(kg·d), CON and DM group were treated with equivalent drinking water. At the end of 10 weeks, the concentration of fast plasma glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), fast insulin, the levels of SOD and the contents of MDA were analysed. Results Fast plasma glucose, HbAlc and MDA contents in ARB rats were significantly lower than that of DM rats. Fast insulin and SOD levels in ARB rats were significantly greater than that of DM rats. Fast plasma glucose was positively correlated with the content of MDA, but negatively correlated with the level of plasma SOD. Conclusion Valsartan can ameliorate glucose metabolism and may be related to the lessened oxidative stress.
