摘　　要：高师院校是整个教育系统的工作母机和逻辑起点,在建设创新型国家进程中担负着基础型使命与职责。为培养大批优秀的中小学教师,无论是从历史的经验教训看,从现代科技的发展趋势看,还是从基础教育的改革要求看,高师院校都亟须推进由专才教育转向通才教育的人才培养模式改革。The normal universities and colleges are the working machine of the whole education system and logic starting point, taking the basic mission in building innovative nation. The normal universities and colleges need to reform changing from the specialized training mode of the talents to the all-round people in order to train large quantities of outstanding teachers for middle and primary schools, from historical experience and the development of the science and technology, or from the demands of the reform of the basic education.
