抗生素89－07对豚鼠耳蜗毒性的研究

摘　　要：为观察氨基糖苷类新药８９－０７有无耳蜗毒性，采用豚鼠动脉插管直接输注给药，设生理盐水、乙基西梭霉素、庆大霉素作比较观察。通过一定音量的声频刺激，检测豚鼠耳廓反射结果显示８９－０７对听力的影响极小，与庆大霉素比较有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），与乙基西梭霉素组比较无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），与生理盐水组比有差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。实验提示８９－０７对耳蜗毒性极小。This experiment was designed to investigate if antibiotic 89-07 had cochlear toxicity.The drugs were admitted into the artery of guinea pig through a catheter.Groups of saline and sisomicin were set up as negative control and a group of gentamicin as a positive control.Stimulation with certain intensity and frequency was given and auditional responses were tested.The resusts showed that the effect of antibiotic 89-07 on audition was significantly different from that of gentamicin(P<0.001) but same as those of saline and sisomicin(P>0.05).The resusts suggested that antibiotic 89-07 had slight toxic influence on audition
