浸出性蛋白质量与尿结石类型关系的实验探讨

摘  要:采用CBB-G250法对196份尿结石标本进行浸出性蛋白质定量分析,尿结石中浸出性蛋白质含量存在较大差别,其中未测出蛋白质量有6份(占3.10%),浸出性蛋白质量在1mg-10mg/g结石粉有168份(占85.7%),10mg/g~20mg/g结石粉有16份(占8.10%),浸出性蛋白质量大于20mg/g结石粉有6份(占3.10%)。本文还对尿结石浸出性蛋白质定量与定性配合研究,88份尿结石分为五组,实验发现:草酸钙、磷、镁、氨类结石(尿酸阴性、碳酸阴性)和氨基酸、蛋白质类结石(草酸、尿酸、碳酸、磷、氨均为阴性)两组浸出性蛋白质量分别为8.40±10.20,7.79±4.99.明显高于其它几组(P<0.05)。证明:感染性尿结石蛋白质量有明显差别,说明蛋白质在这两类尿结石形成中具有更重要的意义。Quantitative analysis of content of soaked-out-protein from 196 urinary calculus samples was carried out with CBB-G250 method.The content was different in the samples: Negative in 6 samples(3.10%);In a range of 1mg/g~10mg/g calculus powder in 168 samples(85.70%);In a range of 10mg/g~20mg/g calculus powder in 16 samples(8.10%); Higher than 20mg/g calculus powder(3.10%) in 6 samples. The match test of quantity and quality of the soaked-out-protein from the urinary calculi was also performed.Eighty eitht samples were divided into five groups.It was found that the content of soaked-out-protein of calculi containing calcium oxalate,magnesium, phosphate and ammonia(Uric acid and carbonic acid negative) and that of calculi containing amino acid and proten(oxalic acid, uric acid carbonic acid, phosphate,ammoniomagnesium negative) were 8.40±10.20 and 7.79±4. 99 respectively, significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05). The results confirmed that content of the protein soaked out from infectious calculi was markedly different.It suggested that protein plays an important role in forming the two types of urinary calculi.
