银杏外种皮对大鼠离体工作心脏及犬血压的影响

摘　　要：采用银杏外种皮水溶性成分经股静脉插管给药，结果表明，它能降低犬动脉血压、左室心内压，对心率无明显影响：通过对大鼠离体工作心脏灌流，表明其能降低主动脉输出量，增加冠脉流量，使总心输出量（前两者之和）有所减少；对兔耳血管有明显的扩张作用。Experiments indicate that the extract of Ginkgo Biloba L.Episperm IV can decrease the dog's arterial pressure and their left ventricle pressure.Perfusing the isolated working hearts of rats with the cxtract reduces the output of the aorta, and increases the output Of the coronary.The extract can also dilate rabbits blood vessels.
