摘　　要：本文提出慢性肾衰疗效判断的加权综合量化评价法的思路和方法，既辨证、又辨病，定性和定量相结合，重视个体的症状、体征，又结合现代医学实验室检测指标，为更全面综合地评价临床疗效，将为观察某一种治疗慢性肾衰的中药或西药、或某一种治疗方法病情的转归，治疗结果的优、劣，提供一个便于临床医师和科研人员掌握和操作的评价的方法。This thesis put forward the idea and method on the judge method of quantitative analysis to the curative effect of Chronic kidney-decline, which method combines the qualitative analysis and quan- titative analysis, pays attention to individual symptom and characteristics, and uses the modern medical examination index. So, the method can judge curative effect more synthetically, and make clinical doctor and scientific research personal examine and diagnose more correctly.
