摘　　要：以西洋杜鹃茎尖为外植体在Read培养基上诱导出丛生芽,将培养5周后的试管苗置于含活性炭0.2%的1/2 Rdea培养基上,附于不同浓度的IBA、NAA、IAA,在光周期16、光强3 000 lx、温度为(25±1)℃的条件下,成功地诱导其开花。这对探讨花芽分化规律在理论应用方面、遗传育种方面都具有重要的意义,并可为其目前市场上试管开花的商品化研究提供数据资料。Shoots cluster were induced by shoot-tips of Rhododendron hybridum under Read culture medium. Test-tube plantlets grown for 5 weeks were transferred for 1/2 Read with 0.2% activated charcoal, supplemented with different concentration with IBA, NAA, IAA. Under 16 photoperiod, 3 000 lx light intensity and tem- perature at （25 ± 1 ） ℃, plants flowered successfully. It has very meanings in terms of discussing flower buds differentiation law and plant genetics and breeding. At the same time, it supplies the data for merchantman to develop the test-tube flower in market.
