摘　　要：从接发列车管理信息化的角度,针对列车速度不断提高,运行图不断调整,运输安全等因素,分析接发列车工作中存在的问题,提出并设计接发列车信息管理系统,该系统在成都铁路局赶水站经试用后,效果良好。There were several elements existing in railway transport, such as the continuous accelerating of the speed, the adjusting of the moving map, the safety of transportation. In response to these elements, it was put forward and designed Receiving and Sending Management Information System. This System was worked well on probation in Ganshui Station of Chengdou Railway Administration.
