摘　　要：介绍了济钢二烧320m^2烧结机投产以后的整改情况,包括:在生产过程中遇到的问题以及解决办法;返矿加水、添加助燃剂、取消松料器等一些工艺改进;SPSS模型的投运;以及目前正在实施的带冷机废气发电项目和布料、筛分系统改造项目。The operating situation of 320m^2 sintering plant in JISC from commissioning until now, including： the preduction problems and resolved solution, some technology modification such as spraying water upon sinter returns, adding combustion catalyst and canceling off loosing material equipment; operation of SPSS; generate electricity by sintering waste heat and other improvement measures etc. were introduced in this paper.
