摘  要:设计制作咖啡因车间甲化反应罐,提高设备性能,增强搅拌轴向混合效果,满足工艺要求,从而提高反应收率和咖啡因粗品质量,降低原料消耗,同时避免酸性物料对设备的腐蚀。In designing the methylating reaction vessel used in caffeine workshop, it is required to increase the rate of recovery and to improve the quality of coarse caffeine, where as to decrease the consumption of raw material. In this article, the methods used to enhance the performance characteristics of the vessel, to increase the mixing effect and to avoid the corrosion resulted from acid content in the vessel at the same time, so as to meet the process requirements, were described.
