摘　　要：肺孢子虫是一种机会性致病病原体，可以导致免疫机能低下者致死性肺炎。近年来，随着HIV感染者的不断增加，及组织器官移植、癌症的放疗、化疗等的不断开展，肺孢子虫的感染者在不断增加。其感染来源，传播方式等与防治相关的研究内容成为热点课题。该文就肺孢子虫的传染源，传播途径以及在各类人群中的流行概况等方面的研究进展进行了综述。Pneumocystis is one kind of opportunistic pathogens and could cause severe Pneumocystis pneumonia （PCP） in immunocompromised individuals. In recent years, along with the continuous increase of HIV infection, organ transplantation, as well as chemotherapy for cancer, PCP has been increasing. This paper reviewed recent progress in the studies on the infection source, the transmission path, and the general prevalence situation of Pneumocystis.
