聚乳酸在精纺毛纱热融浆料上的应用

摘　　要：文章介绍了乳酸和聚乳酸的性质,聚乳酸的制备方法。在实验室条件下采用溶液直接缩聚法制取了聚乳酸,并以此为主要原料研制了一种含有聚乳酸的热融浆料,参加合成反应的主要试剂还有聚乙二醇、丙烯酸等。对所得浆料、浆纱以及原纱做了一系列性能测试,并对测试结果进行了比较分析。实验结果表明,所研制浆料的熔点大大降低,物理机械性能较好,适合毛纱的热融上浆。This paper introduces the properties of the lactic acid and the pelylactic acid. It obtains the pelylactic acid by using the solution-directionpolymerization method. A kind of hot melting slurry which contains pelylactic acid is obtained. The ether main reagents which join the polymerization reaction are polyethylene glycol and acrylic acid. Then it tests the properties of slurry, sizing and the raw yarn. Because the polylactic acid has special property, the melting point of this slurry is low, aad the physicomechanical property is good. It is suitable to size worsted yarns.
