摘　　要：羊绒/OPTIM混纺大衣呢产品保持了羊绒制品的风格,降低了羊绒制品的成本,弥补了羊绒的缺陷。文章根据产品特性,详细介绍了20%山羊绒、30%丝光羊毛、48%OPTIM、2%抗静电纤维混纺产品的工艺设计及生产过程。这种多组分原料及合理的配比,使各种纤维取长补短,保证了成品的质量。Cashmere/OPTIM blended overcoat fabric keeps the style of cashmere products, reduces the cost, and makes up the cashmere shortage. In this article, according to the character of products, it introduced the technologic design and producing proCess for the products composed of 20% cashmere,30% mercerized wool,48 % optim and 2 % anlistatiag fiber in detail. The choice for several material and suitable compound took advantage of all fibers and guarantees products quality.
