摘　　要：远程视频点播的应用领域和应用规模的快速发展,突出了可能无限扩大的网络负载和有限的网络带宽之间的矛盾;在设计和实现了基于RTSP的传统C/S架构的视频点播系统的基础上,根据一种新的简单实用的P2P服务算法,用同时拥有服务端和客户端的终端作为P2P网络中的一个节点,由这样的节点和新的算法构建的视频点播网络具有高效率的平衡网络负载等优点。This great growing application of remote VOD Systems results in the conflict between the network＇s payload and the limited bandwidth more and more seriously. This paper first designs and implements a C/S VOD system based on RTSP,and then takes the terminal which owns both server and client as a node in P2P-net through a novel P2P service algorithm which is practical and simple,to consturct a VOD net,which will have advantages of high efficiency and average payload of network.
