摘　　要：根据MIS系统的特点,采用MIS系统的一般开发原则,从面向对象的软件工程的角度出发,结合了SQL后台数据库技术,较为详细地论述了基于C/S体系结构的租金管理系统的设计思想、总体结构及其功能实现。On the basis of characteristics and the development principle of MIS, and from the angle of object-oriented software engineering and in combination of SQL background database technique, this paper gives a more detailed description of the design thinking, system structure and function implementation of C/S-based rent management system.
