摘  要:输变电工程的金具多数在露天使用,雨水、露水、雪溶化的水,可通过微小间隙进入到金具内部,造成金具冻裂,将严重影响输电线路和变电站的安全运行。在温差较大的寒冷地区,金具冻裂比较严重。为了预防金具冻裂,在金具设计和金具压接时,应使金具和导线间的间隙符合要求。安装完毕后在金具上开出水孔,用导电脂填充金具内部的剩余空间,也是有效预防金具冻裂的措施。Because line hardwares are used in the field for fransmission and distribution projects, rainwater, dew and melted snow can infiltrate inside the hardware through micro cracks resulting in frost crack that will seriously affect the normal operation of transmission lines and substations. In cold areas with large differences in temperature, the problem is more severe. To prevent such problem, the clearance between hardware and the conductor must not exceed the tolerance during the hardware design and connecting. Another effective method is to drill holes in the hardware and fill remaining void with conductive resins after installation.
