女贞子水提物对AA肉仔鸡抗氧化指标的影响

摘　　要：选用中草药女贞子水提物、女贞子水提物和五味子醇提物配伍作为饲料添加剂,通过测定4周龄、6周龄肉仔鸡血清、心脏、肝脏和肾组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(total superoxide dis mutase,T-SOD)活性,谷胱甘肽还原酶(glutathione reductase,GR)活性与丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量,研究上述饲料添加剂对AA肉仔鸡抗氧化指标的影响。采用单因子随机分组试验设计。结果表明:(1)添加0.2%女贞子水提物或其配伍可提高4周龄肉仔鸡心脏、肾脏和6周龄肉仔鸡血清、肝脏SOD(P<0.05);(2)0.2%女贞子水提取物可提高4周龄肉仔鸡心脏和6周龄肝脏GR活性(P<0.05),0.2%配伍可提高4周龄肉仔鸡心脏GR活性(P<0.05);(3)0.2%女贞子水提取物可降低6周龄肉仔鸡心脏和肝脏MDA含量(P<0.05),0.2%配伍可降低4周龄肉仔鸡肝脏MDA含量(P<0.05)。结果显示,0.2%女贞子水提物及其配伍可提高肉仔鸡抗氧化功能。Two hundred and forty broilers were used to investigate the effects of aqueous extract of Ligustrum Lucidum and a mixture of aqueous extract of Ligustrum lucidum and ethanol extract of the Schisandra chinensis on antioxidant indices. Experiment birds were randomly divided into 5 groups. Group 2, 3, 4 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4% aqueous extract of LL, respectively. Group 5 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0. 2% the mixture that the rate of aqueous extract of LL to ethanol extract of the SC was 1 ： 1. Group 1 were fed the basal diet. As the results showed, T-SOD activity in heart and kidney at 4 weeks or serum, and liver at 6 weeks of groups supplemented with 0.2% aqueous extract of LL or 0.2% mixture was increased （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, GR activity in heart at 4 weeks and liver at 6 weeks of group supplemented with 0.2% aqueous extract of LL was increased （P〈0.05）. Heart GR activity of group supplemented with 0.2% mixture was increased at 4 weeks （P〈0.05）. In addition, liver MDA concentration of group supplemented with 0. 2% mixture was decreased at 4 weeks （P〈0.05）. Heart and liver MDA concentration of group supplemented with 0. 2% aqueous extract of LL were decreased at 6 weeks （P〈0.05）, contrasted to the control. It suggested that 0.2% aqueous extract of LL and 0.2 % mixture could improve the antioxidant status. [Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2007,19（1） ：81- 85 ]
