摘 要:目的:了解国内六城市儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的发病情况及其有关因素。方法:通过家长完成DSM-IV问卷和自编家庭情况问卷来完成ADHD的评估和相关因素的调查。结果:ADHD的检出率为5.4%,以注意缺陷型为主,男性高于女性;年龄差异、城市差异、城乡差异不显著;父母的文化程度与ADHD检出率相关,文化程度越高,检出率越低;ADHD儿童学习成绩普遍较差。结论:六城市ADHD的检出率没有差异,注意缺陷是ADHD的核心缺损,AD-HD症状对学习产生了极大危害。Objective: To investigate the incidence of children ADHD and related factors. Methods; The estimation of ADHD and related factors were investigated by asking the parents to complete DSM-IV questionnaires and self-compiled family questionnaires. Results: The incidence of ADHD was about 5.4%, which was predominated by ADHD-IA; male's was higher than female's; there were no significant incidence differences among age, cities, nor city/country; the education degree of the parents was related with the incidence of ADHD, the higher the education degree, the lower the incidence of ADHD; ADHD children, ingeneral, had lower academic achievements. Conclusion: There is no difference among the incidence of ADHD in the six cities. Inattention is the core deficit of ADHD. ADHD symptoms do great harm to academic achievement.
