摘  要:目的研究肛门直肠畸形(ARM)患儿直肠末端FGF10和FGFr2b基因的表达水平,以便从分子水平探讨FGF10和FGFr2b基因与ARM发生的关系。方法通过RT-PCR方法研究10例高位、10例中位和8例低位ARM畸形直肠末端FGF10mRNA和FGFr2bmRNA的表达水平,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果与正常对照组相比较,FGF10mRNA和FGFr2bmRNA的表达在高位ARM、中位ARM和低位ARM组有意义(P〈0.05)。结论直肠末端FGF10和FGFr2b基因表达的减弱可能与ARM的发生有关。Objective To investigate the expressions of FGF10 and FGFr2b genes in terminal rectum with anorectal malformation (ARM) and to explore the relationship between the expressions of these genes and the development of ARM. Methods The expressions of FGF10 and FGFr2b mRNAs in terminal rectum were studied by RT-PCR in the groups of 10 high, 10 intermediate, 8 low anorectal malformation, and 5 controls with no ARM. Results The expression levels of FGF10 mRNA in high, intermediate and low ARM were significant lower than that in control group (0. 55 ± 0. 09, 0. 57 ± 0. 07, and 0. 71 ± 0. 10 vs 0. 96 ± 0. 12, P〈0. 05). Similarly, the expression levels of FGFr2b mRNA in high, intermediate and low ARM were significant lower than that in controls (0. 62 ± 0. 08, 0. 64 ± 0. 08, and 0. 73 ± 0. 10 vs 0. 91 ± 0. 15, P〈0. 05). Conclusions The decreased expressions of FGF10 and FGFr2b genes may be related to the development of ARM.
