摘  要:宝钢分公司4#高炉应用了一系列新技术、新工艺、新材料:采用了陶瓷垫和热压小块碳砖相结合的新型复合炉缸结构,炉缸首次使用了铜冷却壁;炉腹、炉腰部位首次选用了石墨砖,炉体运用了冷却板和微型冷却壁结合的冷却设备;应用了环保型新英巴渣处理技术和高效的环缝洗涤煤气清洗工艺;并且应用了一系列高效生产、二次能源利用新技术,如炉前运用了全液压高效操作设备,原料采用了小块焦回收利用工艺。4#高炉工艺、技术装备进步,体现了长寿、节能、环保、高效的设计理念,反映了当前钢铁业可持续发展的方向,也为4#高炉顺利开炉和创造一流指标奠定了坚实基础。A series of new technologies, processes and materials were applied in construction of Baosteel Branch' s No.4 BF, including a new compound hearth structure combined with ceramic mat and hot pressed carbon bricks, a copper cooling stave used at the hearth, graphitic bricks used at the parts of the bosh and belly for the first time, cooling equipment which combines cooling plates and micro cooling stave at the furnace body, a new INBA slag treatment technology and a highly efficient AGS gas cleaning process, both of which are very environment friendly. Moreover, a lot of high technologies featuring efficiency and resource renewable were used, such as full hydraulic operating equipment used at the casthouse, and egg coke which can be recycled as raw material. Embodying design ideas of long campaign, energy saving, environment protection and high efficiency, construction of Baosteel Branch' s No. 4 BF reflects the steel enterprises' sustainable development orientation at present for its advanced process and technical equipment. It has also laid a solid foundation for No. 4 BF' s successful blow - in and achieved top class indexes.
