MR三维稳态进动快速成像序列在内耳扫描中的初步应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三维稳态进动快速成像(3D-FIESTA)序列在内耳及内听道扫描中的技术及临床应用。资料与方法使用GESignaHDMR1.5T超导磁共振仪,3D-FIESTA序列,对43名健康志愿者及1例单侧先天性耳聋者行内耳扫描,并行最大强度投影(MIP)、多平面重组(MPR)及表面容积重组(VR)后处理。结果44例共88个部位均能良好地显示内耳及内听道的形态结构。结论3D-FIESTA序列对内耳及内听道的结构显示清晰,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To discuss the technique and clinical application of MRI 3D Fiesta sequence in inner ear and internal auditory canal （IAC）, Materials and Methods 43 healthy volunteers and 1 case with half congenital deafness were performed MR imaging in inner ear by maximum intensity projection （MIP）, multi planar reconstruction （MPR） and volume rendering（VR） using MR 3D Fiesta sequence, Results 88 anatomic locations of inner ear structure was displayed clearly in all of 44 cases. Conclusion MR 3D Fiesta sequence can precisely show structures in inner ear and internal auditory canal, it has high value in clinical application.
