摘  要:目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)年龄相关性脑损害的CT表现。资料与方法根据年龄将随访的HIE患儿148例分为5个组,对其脑损害病例的类型和发病部位排序。结果外部性脑积水(external hydro-cephalus,EH)46例;脑白质病26例;混合性脑损害24例;局灶性脑萎缩19例;可恢复性脑白质低密度7例;额骨狭窄6例;小头5例;弥漫性脑萎缩5例;单纯脑内钙化3例;单纯性胼胝体异常2例;脑穿通畸形囊肿2例;脑梗死2例;脑囊变1例。脑损害好发部位依次为额叶、颞叶、顶叶、基底节、胼胝体、枕叶等。结论部分HIE脑组织无明显形态学改变,部分将形成永久性脑损害。Objective To explore the brain injury CT features of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy ( HIE). Materials and Methods According to age, 148 cases were divided into 5 groups. CT features of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were analyzed. Results There were external hydrocephalus in 46 cases; leukomalacia in 26 cases; brain multiple injury in 24 eases; localized atrophy in 19 cases; frontal bone narrow in 6 cases; small skull in 5 cases; diffuse atrophy in 5 cases; calcification in brain lobes in 3 cases; corpus callosum abnormal in 2 cases; canalization cyst in 2 cases; brain infarction in 2 cases and cystic brain in 1 case. The most accessible parts were frontal lobes, temporal lobes, parietal lobes, basal ganglia, corpus callosum and occipital lobes. Conclusion Some brain injury have no evidence of morphologic change, and some can result irreversible brain injury.
